16. That the developer's contractor obtain an encroachment <br />permit from the City and/or the County prior to construc- <br />tion. <br />17. That all recommendations of the geologic report prepared <br />for this property be complied with. <br />18. That there be no further subdivision of the subject pro- <br />perty without sewer connections having been issued for <br />the property by the City of Pleasanton. <br />19. That the residences on all four lots be required to <br />connect to the City water system, and that no new wells <br />be developed in the subject property without prior <br />County and City approval. <br />20. That applicant shall enter into an agreement with the <br />City to provide for the enforcement of mitigation measures <br />1-4 listed on attached Negative Declaration materials <br />prior to filing of a parcel map with the County Recorder. <br />21. That the developer shall grant to the City an irrevocable <br />offer of dedication for a recreational easement for that <br />part of the subject property contained within the top <br />of bank of the channel of the Arroyo de la Laguna. This <br />offer shall be recorded prior to recordation of the <br />parcel map and shall be in a form acceptable to the <br />City Attorney. <br />Section 2.
