PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1524 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION APPLI- <br />CATION FILED UNDER MS-77-5. <br />WHEREAS, Castlewood Enterprises has filed for minor subdivision ap- <br />proval to create four lots on 18.6 acres located at the <br />southeast corner of Foothill Road and Bernal Avenue; zoning <br />for the property being R-1-6500 (Single Family) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a hearing was held on this request on May 18, 1977, at which <br />time the Planning Commission reviewed all pertinent maps, <br />drawings, documents and testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves MS-77-5, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />tentative parcel map, Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That the developer submit two prints of the final <br />parcel map and a title report to the City for review <br />and approval. <br />3. That the developer record the final parcel map. <br />4. That the developer execute, prior to the approval of <br />the parcel map, an irrevocable offer to dedicate to <br />the City one-half of the required Bernal Avenue right- <br />of-way area. That the parcel map show the area offered <br />for dedication and also show the remaining one-half of <br />the area as a reserve strip. The line of the reserve <br />strip shall be the basis for building setbacks. <br />6. That the developer execute, prior to the approval of <br />the parcel map, an irrevocable offer to dedicate to the <br />City one-half of the required Foohill Road right-of- <br />way area. That the parcel map show the area offered <br />for dedication and also show the remaining one-half <br />of the area as a reserve strip.
