11. The applicant shall enter into a hold harmless agree- <br />ment, acceptable to the City Attorney, agreeing to <br />defend and hold harmless the City of Pleasanton, its <br />employees and officers from any and all liability a- <br />rising out of injuries occurring on account of appli- <br />cant's use of the subject site; said agreement shall <br />be secured by either: <br />(a) The applicant naming the City of Pleasanton as <br />an additional insured on applicant's liability <br />policy with limits of at least one-million dollars <br />($1,000,000) per injury (applicant shall file <br />with the City a Certificate of Insurance so in- <br />dicating); or <br />(b) Applicant shall file with the City of Pleasanton, <br />a certificate of insurance indicating Contractual <br />Liability coverage of at least the limits indicated <br />above. <br />Applicant's insurer shall also notify the City ten (10) <br />days prior to cancellation. This Conditional Use Permit <br />shall be suspended at any time applicant's insurance, <br />as it pertains to the City, lapses or is cancelled, and <br />no use shall be made of the property during such sus- <br />pension. <br />Section 2.
