Section 2-7.08 (a) (Permitted and Conditional Uses) of <br />Article 8 (C Commercial District), Chapter 2 (Zoning), <br />Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br />is hereby amended by deleting the following use cate- <br />gories: <br />"Garden Shops" <br />"Nurseries and Garden Supply Stores" <br />"Nurseries and Garden Supply Stores provided all <br />equipment, supplies and merchandise other than <br />plants shall be kept completely within an enclosed <br />building and fertilizer of any type shall be <br />stored and sold in package form only." <br />Section 3. Section 2-7.08 (a) (Permitted and Conditional Uses) of <br />Article 8 (C Commercials Districts of Chapter 2 (Zoning), <br />Title II (Zoning and Development) of the Ordinance Code <br />of the City of Pleasanton is hereby amended by adding <br />the following use categories: <br />(a) "harden Centers" shall be added as a conditional use <br />in the C-R and C-S District;. and <br />(b) "Plant shops" as a permitted use in the C-C, C-N, <br />and C-R districts. <br />Section 4. Subsection (3) of §2-7.20 of Article 9 (I-Industrial <br />Districts), Chapter 2 (Zoning), Title II (Zoning and <br />Development) of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton is amended by deleting "Nurseries and Garden <br />'Supply Stores." <br />Section 5. Article 9(I Industrial District), Chapter 2 (Zoning), <br />Title II (Zoning and Development) of the Ordinance Code <br />of the City of Pleasanton is further amended by adding <br />the following: <br />(a) Section 2-7.21(1) is amended by adding subsection <br />(j) "Garden Centers." <br />(b) Section 2-7.21 is amended by adding to subsection (3) <br />the use "Garden Centers." <br />Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days <br />after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br />Section 7.
