PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1529 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE <br />CITY COUNCIL ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDMENT FILED UNDER RZ-77-5. <br />WHEREAS, on May 18, 1977, the Planning Commission initiated <br />an ordinance amendment to clarify the difference <br />between nurseries and garden centers and to add <br />those uses to or delect those uses from various <br />zoning districts; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 8, 1977, when a <br />draft ordinance was reviewed; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the draft <br />ordinance as proposed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City <br />Council the adoption of the draft ordinance proposed <br />for RZ-77-5, attached hereto by reference. <br />Section 2.
