NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission voted to approve the application <br />filed under Z-77-96, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That only one ambulance be kept at the site at any <br />one time. <br />2. That the siren of the ambulance not be used until the <br />vehicle is on Santa Rita Road. <br />3. That the ambulance adhere to the speed limit until it <br />is on Santa Rita Road. <br />4. That for all calls outside of the neighborhood, only <br />the Mohr Avenue to Santa Rita Road route be used. <br />5. That all applicable requirements of Article 20 (Home <br />Occupations), Chpater 2, Title II of the Ordinance <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton be adhered to. <br />6. That a driveway and parking pad be constructed at the <br />northeast corner of the property, that the ambulance <br />be stored on this parking pad at all times when not in <br />operation and that proper sight distance from the <br />driveway be maintained at all times. - <br />7. That no more than three personal vehicles for the three <br />employees who will live on the premises be allowed to <br />be parked there. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />at a special meeting held on June 29, 1977, by the following <br />vote: <br />AYES: Commissioner Shepherd and Acting Chairman Wood <br />NOES: Commissioner Jamieson <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Doherty and Chairman Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: Secretary Harris <br />Date: June 29, 1977 <br />Attest <br />IOR/1 <br />Robert arris, Secretary <br />vV <br />Walt Wood, ting Chairman <br />Approved as to form: <br />Harvey E.
