15. That all utilities required to serve this development <br />be installed underground. <br />16. That the street numbers be posted on each individual <br />unit in such a manner as to be easily read from the <br />street at all times, day and night. <br />17. That all trees used in landscaping be a minimum of 15 <br />gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of 5 gallons. <br />18. That the developer submit a site development plan in <br />accordance with the survey ordinance (Article 3, Chapter <br />3, Title II) and that these plans be approved by the <br />Director of Engineering Services prior to the issuance <br />of a building permit. <br />19. That the site development plan include all required <br />information to design and construct site grading, <br />paving and drainage. <br />20. That the paving sections for the parking and drive <br />areas be designed on the basis of an R-Value Test and a <br />Traffic Index to carry the anticipated traffic loads. <br />This design shall be subject to the approval of the <br />Director of Engineering Services. The minimum paving <br />section shall be 2" A.C. on 5" A.B. The minimum A.C. <br />pavement slope shall be 1~. <br />21. That the developer pay any and all fees that the pro- <br />perty may be subject to, including in-lieu park dedi- <br />cation fees. <br />Section 2.
