PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1542 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING <br />TENTATIVE MAP TRACT 3889, CHRIS BERATLIS. <br />WHEREAS, Chris Beratlis has filed for approval of Tentative <br />Map Tract 3889; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 13, 1977, the Planning Commission reviewed <br />this map and all pertinent documents, reports, <br />testimony; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the findings <br />required by Pleasanton Ordinance Code Section <br />2-2.50 and made the following findings: <br />a. The proposed map is in conformity with the <br />Pleasanton General Plan; <br />b. That none of the conditions the finding of <br />which would require the denial of the map, <br />are present in this proposal; <br />c. There are no waste disposal problems. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves Tentative Map <br />Tract 3889, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the subdivision be substantially as shown <br />on the Tentative Map Tract 3889 on file with <br />the Planning Department. <br />2. That all dwelling units in the development be <br />constructed to meet PGandE Energy Conservation <br />Home Standards promulgated by PGandE in 1976. <br />3. That the following water conserving fixtures be <br />installed in all dwelling units: <br />a. low flush toilets <br />b. shower flow control heads <br />c. aerators in interior faucets <br />d. insulation of hot water lines <br />4. That adequate provisions be made for silt <br />_ and erosion control in both construction and <br />post construction phases of the development. <br />
