22. That all lighting be constructed in <br />such a manner that glare is directed away <br />from surrounding properties and public <br />rights-of-way. <br />23. That all mechanical equipment be con- <br />structed in such a manner that noise emana- <br />ting from it is not perceptible at or beyond <br />the property line of the subject parcel in <br />a normal environment. <br />24. That all trash and refuse generated by <br />the development be stored within a completely <br />enclosed trash enclosure constructed of mater <br />ials which are architecturally compatible <br />with the restaurant building. <br />25.
