PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION N0. 1253 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approving Z-73-44. the application of J. Jack Bras for Jerry Bindi for design review approval to allow the construction of a 4,426 sq. ft. res- taurant to be constructed on property located at 348 St. Marys Street, zoning for the property being C-C (Community Commercial) District, has come before this Board, and REAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this application and has examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby approves this application subject to the following con- ditions: 1. That the elevations, size and plan of the restaurant be exactly as shown on the plot plan and elevations marked Exhibit A on file with the Planning Division. 2. That the landscape plan be as shown in Exhibit A on file with the Planning Division, except that additional shrubs be shown in all planting areas and the exact location of these shrubs be approved by the Department of Community Development. 3. That the eight parking spaces shown immediately south of the restaurant be stripe and bumper stopped, and that they have the minimum paved dimensions of 9 ft. x 19 ft. 4. That the proponents not remove any heritage trees on the site without City Council approval. 5. That a 2" x 4" inch redwood header be installed wherever asphalt paving abuts landscaping. 6. That if a sign is desired, the appli- cants submit said application for review and approval by the Design Review Board of the City. 7. That a building permit survey (boundary and topography) conforming to the requiremen of Ordinance No. 387 be submitted to and approved by the Director of Engineering Services prior to the issuance of a building permit .
