That vehicular access be provided along
Vine Street for fire and police protection.
Said access road to be extended through to the
Wisteria Lane apartment complex. Also, this
access road should be posted "Fire Lane - No
Parking".
2. We would recommend burglar resistant
frames and construction on the sliding glass
patio doors, especially on those two-story
models that have these doors recessed in the
building a considerable distance (example -
Building No. 8, Unit C).
3. That access gates into the Arroyo re-
quested by the Fire Department should be
securred with a city lock.
4. That an on-site lighting program be sub- ii
mitted for the City's review and approval.
5. That a numbering system and signs indi-
cating locations of various buildings within
the complex be submitted for the City's
approval.
6. That an emergency turn-around be provided
in the areas between Building 16, the recre-
ation building and the parking to the rear
of Building 16, or that a 20 ft. fire and
emergency access road be provided between
the parking to the rear of Building 16 and
the parking driveway at the rear of Building
18. Said access road shall be designed and
constructed to support emergency vehicles
with a capacity of 15 tons.
7. That hydrants be located as indicated on
the site plan.
