IV. CONTRIBUTIONS <br /> <br /> A. Existing Fees <br /> <br /> Developer agrees to pay the City fees in effect at the time <br />each building permit is issued, including any school impact fee <br />which may then be in force. <br /> <br /> B. Growth Management Fees <br /> <br /> As required by Section 2(d) of Appendix A to Resolution No. <br />82-66, the Developer will contribute $525 per unit to the City's <br />Capital Improvement Fund and $400 per unit to the City's Housing <br />Fund at the time of securing building permits. <br /> <br /> C. Public Needs <br /> <br /> In consideration of the additional public needs created by <br />the housing in PUD-83-8 and not fully paid for by Growth <br />Management and other applicable fees, Developer agrees to <br />contribute $750 per unit for use in community projects made <br />necessary by ongoing residential development in Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> D. Projects in Lieu of Fees <br /> <br /> Upon mutual agreement by the City and Developer, Developer <br />may construct discrete public project or projects in the vicinity <br />of PUD-83-8 in lieu of the public needs or other development <br />fees. <br /> <br /> - 6 - <br /> <br /> <br />
