Valley Avenue Extension Assessment District, the City will in- <br /> stall asphalt curbing on the southerly edge of Stanley Boulevard <br /> along the entire length of the future deceleration lane to <br /> facilitate the eventual replacement of that curb line. <br /> <br /> 7. Utility Undergrounding. There is an existing line of <br />P G & E power poles on the southerly side of Stanley Boulevard <br />which border on the Auf der Maur Parcel. This line of power <br />poles is being moved by the Valley Avenue Extension project but <br />is not being undergrounded. The Landowner understands and con- <br />sents that, in conjunction with any discretionary project approv- <br />al on the Auf der Maur Parcel, the City will require underground- <br />ing of the P G & E power line along the entire frontage of the <br />Auf der Maur Parcel. <br /> <br /> 8. Washington Street Abandonment. <br /> <br /> a. The City 'will process a street vacation for <br />Washington Street easterly of the northerly terminus of Wyoming <br />Street. <br /> <br /> b. The City will retain existing public utility ease- <br />ments in the segment of Washington Street to be vacated. <br /> <br /> c. Landowner agrees that there shall be no Stanley <br />Boulevard access from the remainder parcel. <br /> <br /> 9. Covenants to Run With the Land. The provisions of this <br />agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and upon their <br /> <br /> - 8 - <br /> <br /> <br />
