Frank Auf der Maur and Konrad Rickenbach own a parcel of <br />land within the City limits of Pleasanton in the vicinity of the <br />proposed Valley Avenue Extension (APN 946-1250-40-3) consisting <br />of approximately 30.05 acres (hereinafter referred to as "Auf der <br />Maur Parcel"). <br /> <br /> B. Santa Anita Development Company ("Santa Anita") has an <br />option to purchase that portion of the Auf der Maur property <br />which is easterly of a proposed extension to Bernal Avenue <br />through the Auf der Maur Parcel as shown on Exhibit "A" <br />ping Center Parcel"). The interest of Auf der Maur and Ricken- <br />bach may be referred to collectively herein as "Landowner". <br /> <br /> C.
