STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Planning Commission take the following actions: <br />1. Make the finding that the proposed PUD development plan is covered by the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Class 32, Section 15332(a-e). <br />2. Find that the proposed PUD development plan is consistent with the General <br />Plan and the purposes of the PUD Ordinance; <br />3. Make the PUD findings as listed in this staff report; and <br />4. Adopt a resolution recommending approval of Case PUD-73, subject to the <br />development plan as shown in Exhibit A and the conditions of approval listed <br />in Exhibit B, and forward the PUD development plan to the to the City Council <br />for public hearing and action. <br />Staff Planner: RosalindRondash, (925) 931-5607, rrondash@ci.pleasanton.ca.us <br />Item S. a., PUD-73, Maestas and Carey Page 12 of 12 Planning Commission <br />
