e. One legible copy of the recorded deeds for each of the adjacent properties <br />unless those properties are part of a recorded map which has been recorded <br />within the last seven years <br />f. One legible copy of the Recorded Final map, Parcel Map, or Record of <br />Survey used to prepare this Parcel Map. <br />19. This parcel map shall meet all requirements of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />20. The parcel map shall contain a brief legal description of any parcel being <br />resubdivided, a statement of lot and total acreage, and a statement referencing any <br />separate documents required to be recorded with the map. <br />21. The parcel map submittal shall include the minor subdivision number under which <br />the minor subdivision application was approved and the Assessor's Parcel <br />Number(s) for the original parcel(s) prior to Subdivision. <br />22. Any dedications, open offers of dedication, or grants of easements may be <br />dedicated and accepted on the face of the map. Agreements or other required items <br />shall be recorded as separate documents concurrently with the recordation of the <br />parcel map. <br />23. That the developer's title company records the final parcel map and any required <br />separate documents with the Alameda County Recorder's Office. <br />24. That the developer provides the City with a reproducible mylar copy of the <br />recorded parcel map with all recording data shown. <br />25. When the map is submitted for City Engineer's signature, the developer shall <br />provide the City with an electronic copy of the Parcel Map, excepting the <br />certification information. The electronic copy shall also provide the following <br />information: <br />a. Street address centered on lot <br />b. Building outlines for existing structures. <br />26. The property owner/developer shall deposit a bond with the City to ensure <br />completion of any new utility improvements. This bond shall be in a standard form <br />approved by the City Attorney and shall be in an amount satisfactory to the City <br />Engineer. The City Engineer may waive this requirement when the required <br />improvements have been satisfactorily installed prior to map recordation. <br />27. The applicant shall create a drainage easement across Parcel A for the benefit of <br />Parcel B. <br />4 <br />
