7. Transportation/Circulation Impacts
(additional traffic, congestion, parking, hazards, etc.)

The site has frontage on Old Santa Rita Road which
accesses directly to Santa Rita Road to the south and
Rosewood Avenue to the north. Existing traffic in the
area is presently at acceptable levels of service. The
proposed project is estimated to generate a very limited
number of daily vehicle trips and will not affect the
traffic situation in the area. Typically mini-storage
type uses generate a nominal number of vehicle trips.

May be Insignificant Insignificant
Significant if Mitigated

8. Noise Impacts
(increases, exposure to high levels)

The site lies just south of I -580 highway corridor.
Given that the principle use of the site will be
mini-storage, minimal noise impacts resulting from site
development are expected.

May be Insignificant Insignificant
Significant if Mitigated

9. Impacts on Public Services
(fire, police, schools, parks, Maintenance, etc.)

Site development will not result in any increases in the
demand for public services. The existing site is
serviced by the existing fire, police and related
services that are in the area. Development of this
proposal would not require any additional fire and
police manpower.

May be Insignificant Insignificant
Significant if Mitigated

- 4 -
