Resolution No. 86-209 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council denies the appeal of case AP-86-03, <br /> therefore approving the decision of the Board of <br /> Adjustment to grant a variance from the Ordinance Code <br /> to allow for the subdivision of a parcel without the <br /> required frontage on a public street located on an <br /> approximately 15,500 sq. ft. site located at 435 Neal <br /> Street, subject to the condition that the land be <br /> subdivided substantially as shown on Tentative Parcel <br /> Map No. 4807. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 6, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr and Wood <br />NOES: Mayor Brandes <br />ABSENT: None ~~j.U~D~ES~ ~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> F .
