D. Licensee desires to obtain permission to make use <br /> of the E1 Charro Route by Licensee, Licensee's tenants, <br /> employees, agents and invitees. <br /> <br /> E. The parties hereto wish to set forth their <br />respective rights, duties and obligations with.respect to the <br />E1 Charro Route. <br /> <br /> Accordingly, in consideration of the mutual promises <br />contained herein and in and for other good and valuable <br />consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. License. Licensor hereby grants to Licensee, its <br />agents, employees, tenants and invitees (collectively, <br />including Licensee, the "Permitted Parties") a non-exclusive <br />license to use E1 Charro Route pursuant to the terms and <br />conditions of this Agreement solely for the purpose of ingress <br />and egress of vehicles exceeding eight (8) tons in gross weight <br />to and from Licensee's Parcel across the Property for the <br />purpose of using the E1 Charro Interchange of Interstate 580, <br />and for no other purpose whatsoever. The Property does not <br />extend to the E1 Charro Interchange, and therefore in order to <br />use the License granted herein, the Permitted Parties must <br />arrange on their own for access from the Property to said <br />Interchange.
