Before commencement of the work, we viII require the following items <br />from the Cityr <br /> <br /> 1) l" n 100' mylar topographic map of project site; <br /> 2) Relevant City plans: zoning, General Plan, Parks & Recreation <br /> Plan, Trails Plan; <br /> 3'} Aerial Photos of project site; <br /> 4) Available environmental surveys; and <br /> 5} EIR and approved development plans of Golden Eagle Farms <br /> <br />Products <br /> <br />As a result of the planning process ve will produce the following <br />documentst <br /> <br /> 1. Environmental Data Submission. This document will be submitted <br />as the basis of the Negative Declaration by the City for the project. <br />In general the document will be in narrative form with reduced site <br />and/or area maps highlighting any critical factors. <br /> <br /> 2. Master Plan Drawing. 1"=100' scale. Existing and proposed <br />facilities will be delineated. One brownline copy will be Suitably <br />rendered for display by the City. <br /> <br /> 3. Master Plan Report. The report (2~ copies}will include a <br />descriptive summary of the planning process, a narrative description of <br />the plan, and a reduced copy of the Plan drawing. Key public input <br />leading to the selected site plan will be summarized, along with a <br />description of the existing conditions. Design guidelines for specific <br />facilities will be outlined as needed. The final section will include <br />development action items to be undertaken by the City, the project cost <br />estimates and development schedules. <br /> <br />Meetinqs ~ .... ". i~ ~ <br /> <br />The above work program, product description, and the task Iist& fees <br />which follows are based upon our attendance and participation at three <br />public meetings. We will also attend a mobilization meeting and two <br />additional staff meetings. We assume that communication by phone and <br />memo with City'staff will be frequent. <br /> <br />Additional meetings will be billed separately as per our fee schedule at <br />the top Of the task list & fees. <br /> <br />Timinq <br /> <br />We estimate that the process will require s minimum of three months. <br />However, fourlmonths would be a more realistic time ~rsme. A simplified <br />time schedule showing the four month schedule is enclosed for your <br />review. <br /> <br /> - 3 - <br /> <br /> <br />
