Phase IV: <br /> <br /> - Construction and completion of Santa Rita Road <br /> interchange <br /> - Completion of all agreements, JPA's, etc. and final <br /> reports, documentation, etc. <br /> <br /> Estimated time period (January 1989 through December 1989) <br /> <br />The time estimates shown for each phase depend on the FHWA's approval <br />of a Federal Order of No Significant Impact (FONSI). <br /> <br />Our estimate of the manpower requirements for this effort are <br />summarized below: <br /> <br /> Phase I: 260-300 hours/month <br /> Phase II: 200-250 hours/month , <br /> Phase III: 125-170 hours/month <br /> Phase IV: 50-100 hours/month <br /> <br />All of our time would be billed on a time and materials basis. <br />Pursuant to our adopted fee schedules (revised annually) the estimated <br />compensation for each phase of our Project Management services is as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Phase I: $228,700 <br /> Phase II: $213,850 <br /> Phase III: $135,700 <br /> Phase IV: $ 86,650 <br /> <br />To minimize the exposure the City has in expending City funds without a <br />solid guarantee of reimbursement until the NPID is formed, Callahan <br />Pentz/Prudential has informed us that they are willing to enter into a <br />reimbursement agreement with the City guaranteeing repayment of all <br />Smith, Gray and Company's invoices if the NPID is not formed. <br /> <br />We look forward to continuing our consultant services with the City of <br />Pleasanton and have enjoyed a close relationship with you and the other <br />City staff involved on the freeway projects.
