Box 520 <br /> Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> <br /> VALLEY AVENU~ EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br /> (BORMOLINI) <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this 15th day of April, 1986, <br />by and between the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation <br />(hereinafter referred to as "City") and VINCENT BORMOLINI, HENRY <br />L. BO~MOLINI AND MARY A. BORMOLINI (hereinafter referred to as <br />"Landowners"), of P. O. Box 177, Novato, California 94947. <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> A. Landowners own a 7.00 acre parcel westerly of the <br />southwest corner of Valley Avenue and Boulder Street (A.P.N. <br />946-1251-10) which is Parcel B of Parcel Map 2771 (hereafter "the <br />Property"). <br /> <br /> B. Landowners have applied to City for approval for <br />installation of a watchman's living quarters on the Property <br />(City Case No. Z-86-67). <br /> <br /> C. City has applied to the California Public Utilities <br />Commission (PUC) for approval of the Valley Avenue Extension <br />Project (P.U.C. Application No. 83-12-39). The PUC approved the <br />City's application for three at-grade public street crossings. <br />The City, Western Pacific Railway Company and Southern Pacific <br />Transportation Company have agreed to construction of a grade <br />separation structure at the intersection of Valley Avenue and the <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
