Resolution No. PC-87-46 <br />4/22/87 <br />Planning Division. All bikes shall be stored in <br />these racks at all times. <br />7. That this use permit is granted for a period of two <br />(2) years. The use permit may be reviewed <br />semi-annually at the option of the City to <br />determine if additional conditions of operation are <br />necessary. <br />g, That inasmuch as this is a new conditional use <br />permit,the property owner shall provide security <br />for all of the tenants wit~oval hl(see ntattached <br />further condition of app <br />exhibit). <br />Section 2.
