PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-49 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-87-5, <br />STONESON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br />WHEREAS, Stoneson Development Corporation has applied to rezone <br />from the RM-2500 (Multi-family Residential) District to <br />the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density <br />Residential District and for development plan approval <br />for a 104-unit townhouse complex, to be located on an <br />approximately 13.5 acre site, located in the area <br />bounded by Stoneridge Drive, Springdale Avenue, Gold <br />Creek, and Pleasant Hill Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 13, 1987, the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of the proposed negative <br />declaration prepared for Case PUD-87-5 after considering <br />all public testimony, relevant exhibits and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this <br />application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that a Negative <br />Declaration was appropriate for this case; and that the <br />rezoning and development plan are consistent with the <br />General Plan and the purposes of the PUD ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the application of Stoneson <br />Development Corporation as filed under Case PUD-87-5 <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the site plan, floor plans, elevations and <br />landscape plan, Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That the applicant submit the final design of all <br />patio fences for review by the Planning Director <br />prior to the issuance of any building permits said <br />fences, walls, etc. shall be architecturally <br />compatible with the building design. <br />- 1 - <br />
