Resolution No. PC-87-50 <br />May 13, 1987 <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />The proposed use will comply with all applicable <br />sections of Chapter 18.124 of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code regarding Conditional Uses. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-87-17, application of William and <br />Mary Plummer subject to retain an existing skateboard <br />ramp within the side yard of an existing residence <br />located at 4754 Sutter Gate Avenue, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the location and construction of the <br />skateboard ramp conform substantially to the plans, <br />elevations and photographs, Exhibit A, on file in <br />the Planning Department, except: <br />a. The ramp shall be relocated to the side yard <br />opposite of that in which it is currently <br />located, and that it shall maintain a minimum <br />rear yard setback of 20 feet and a side yard <br />setback of 3 feet, as per the attached <br />enlarged site plan, except that the ramp may <br />be located closer than 20 feet to the rear <br />property line if sited to the rear of the <br />chimney on the north side of the yard. <br />2. That the skateboard ramp shall conform to all <br />standards contained in Ordinance No. 1273 regarding <br />time of use, and to standards of design and noise <br />reduction contained in the attached Skateboard Ramp <br />Regulations, except that the ramp will be covered <br />with two layers of masonite for the purposes of <br />noise mitigation. There shall be no use of the <br />skateboard ramp until it is inspected and approved <br />by Planning Department staff for compliance with <br />said regulations. <br />3. That this use permit is granted for a period of <br />three (3) years. The use permit may be reviewed <br />semi-annually at the option of the City to <br />determine if additional conditions of operation are <br />necessary. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />- 2 - <br />
