PUBLIC COMMENT
In the past, staff has held informational meetings with property owners from each
District to promote a better understanding of these districts. Over the last several years
only one resident has attended these meetings. The single resident expressed concerns
about erosion that was taking place on the hillside above the homes within the Oak Tree
Farm development. Staff has addressed this issue over the last four years as the
budget allowed. These repairs are now complete.
Staff had considered having a informational meeting this year, but because of the small
number of residents attending these meetings in the past, staff felt it would be better to
provide the homeowners within the GHADs a more detailed informational packet about
the function and purpose of the GHAD. The packet would be sent to all the residents
within each of the GHADs. Any questions that arise from that mailing will be addressed
in our June 17, 2008 staff report.
Submitted by:
' 1~~~--
Rob Wilson
Director of Public Works
Fiscal Review:
1 ~
~~_
David P.
