The applicant is aware that the plans submitted for issuance of a <br />building permit shall be revised to reflect the setbacks approved by the Council. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing on April 9, 2008 to review the subject <br />application. Additional staff analysis regarding the project can be found in the Planning <br />Commission staff report (Attachment 4), and detailed information on this meeting is <br />provided by the attached draft excerpts of the Planning Commission meeting minutes <br />(Attachment 5).
