SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />This Second Amendment to Agreement is entered into this day of <br />200_ by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and Bartel Associates, LLC ("Consultant") <br />Whereas, on July 1, 2006, the City of Pleasanton and Bartel Associates entered <br />into a Professional Services Agreement for GASB45 -Other Post Employment Benefits <br />(OPEB) Actuarial Study and related services; and <br />Whereas, it is necessary to amend the Agreement to reflect ongoing actuarial <br />services related GASB45 -Other Post Employment Benefits (OPEB) Actuarial Study <br />Whereas, the parties desire to amend to the Agreement; <br />Now, therefore, the parties agree as follows: <br />Section 5 of the Agreement, "Compensation" is amended to provide <br />additional compensation in the amount of $25,000 for ongoing actuarial <br />services related to retirees' medical -GASB45 - for a total not to exceed <br />$54,000, unless the parties agree pursuant to section 8 of the original <br />agreement. <br />2.
