Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority <br />Special Transportation for Seniors and People with Disabilities <br />Staff commendations and complaints are dealt with directly by the Supervisor on a one-on- <br />one basis, and are documented in personnel files. These comments are used as part of the <br />employee's annual performance evaluation. <br />A. List all activities undertaken in connection with this plan, including consumer or <br />public meetings, meetings with other agencies, presentations to boards, commissions <br />or committees, and provide general dates for these activities. <br />B. Indicate whether this plan has been reviewed by a local paratransit advisory <br />committee. <br />C. Describe any surveys or analysis conducted and staff reports. <br />D. Describe how the planning process is connected to the service plan: how do the <br />services planned correspond to the results of the planning process? <br />A. Public Meetings and Dates: <br />• Pleasanton Senior Program Advisory Committee regularly reviews the PPS <br />quarterly reports and provides input on the program. <br />• December 14, 2007 -PPS Task Force reviewed the current FY 2007-08 plan <br />and provided feedback for the FY 2008-09 plan. <br />• May 6, 2008 -PPS Plan will be reviewed by the Pleasanton City Council. <br />• On-going joint meetings with LAVTA have included reviews of the plan. <br />B. Has this plan been reviewed by a local paratransit advisory group? <br />Q Yes ~ Committee Name: Pleasanton Paratransit Task Force <br />Meeting Date: December 14, 2007 <br />^ No <br />Narrative Responses for C and D above: <br />As part of the annual planning process, PPS users complete aprogram/service evaluation. <br />Over 871 surveys were sent out to riders on March 1, 2008, with a completion date of March <br />30, 2008. A summary of these findings will be included in the ACTIA year-end report. <br />Anyone completing the survey receives a free paratransit ride. <br />Staff worked with the PPS Task Force on June 15, 2007 to identify four (4) measurable <br />outcomes for FY2007-08.
