c) Contractor Data: CM shall secure the Contractor's daily log reports and any <br />special inspection reports. <br />d) Inspections: CM will schedule and arrange all inspections to be performed by <br />outside agencies, sub-consultants, or the City. <br />e) Review of Submittals/Shop Drawings: CM will receive, log, and distribute <br />submittals and coordinate responses with Architect and City and resolve <br />conflicting comments. CM will coordinate reviews with Architect and review <br />submittals when appropriate. <br />f) Requests for Information: CM will receive, log and distribute RFI's to the <br />Architect as appropriate. The CM is expected to review and respond to RFI's for <br />which the information is readily available in the plans or contract documents. <br />CM will forward all RFI's that may change the contract cost or schedule to the <br />City prior to responding to the Contractor. <br />g) Schedule Review: CM will review and comment on the contractor's schedule <br />and progress. Scheduler will identify and/or confirm critical path items and <br />resolve possible construction delays. <br />h) Contract Compliance/Administrative Records: CM will monitor Contractor's <br />Insurance and Bonds to assure total coverage at all times. CM will record all <br />Liens, Stop Notices and resolve any outstanding ones prior to acceptance. CM <br />will maintain at the job site, unless otherwise agreed by the City, on a current <br />basis, the following documents: <br />• Contracts or Purchase Orders <br />• Shop Drawings/Submittal/Approval Log <br />• Contract Drawings with Addenda <br />• Warranties and Guarantees <br />• Cost Accounting Records <br />• Certified Payroll Records <br />• Meeting Minutes (City format of Meeting Minutes to be provided to <br />CM) <br />• Lab Test and Special Inspection Reports <br />• Contract Change Orders <br />• Material Purchase Delivery Logs <br />• As-Built Documents <br />• Operation and Maintenance Manuals <br />• Daily and Monthly Progress Reports <br />• Correspondence Files <br />• Transmittal Records <br />11 <br />
