You are required to obtain all applicable permits from the City of Dublin Building Division in order to <br />correct all noted deficiencies. You may have your contractor obtain the permits or you may apply for the <br />permits yourself pursuant to all applicable laws and regulations. <br />As stated in our letter of January 27, 2004, "You are hereby ordered to obtain the building permit to <br />correct all items under the conditional use permit within 60 days and to complete all work within 120 <br />days." Consequently, you have until the imposed dates of March 29, 2004, to obtain the building <br />permit, and May 28, 2004 to complete all work. Your Building Code Enforcement case, opened on <br />September 23, 2003, due to unauthorized change of occupancy, remains open and in force. <br />Copies of the Dublin Municipal and Zoning Codes, Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, Housing and <br />Electrical Codes are available in the City of Dublin City Clerk's office for your review. <br />Your cooperation in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
