At the time of the inspection (10:00am) numerous possible code violations were <br />observed. After reviewing the City of Dublin records for this location it was determined that your <br />property is in violation of Chapters 7.28, 7.32, 7.36, 7.40 and 7.44 of the City of Dublin Municipal <br />Code: Maintaining dangerous structures or installations is prohibited. <br />It is unlawful to maintain or use a dangerous building or structure, or dangerous electrical, plumbing or <br />mechanical installation. Specifically these violations include the following: <br />1. Suspended ceiling grid and tiles are improperly supported and missing. Missing tiles may <br />affect the performance of the suppression system Ceiling support system shall be repaired to <br />meet the current building code. Inspection of the area is required by the City of Dublin prior <br />to re-installation of the tiles. (Permit required) 1994 NFPA 13 section 4-4.1.4.1 and 2001 <br />Californian Building Code, Chapter 16 reference 1632, standard 25-2 section 25.205 <br />Structural members and 25.209 installations of components. <br />2. Locking hazdwaze (gate clasp latch type) present at reaz exit door located in the lazge room <br />adjacent to the mat area Remove latch hardware and eliminate debris/obstructions in the <br />exit pathway. 2001 California Building Code, section 1003.3.1.8. <br />3. Flammable materials (paint and other chemicals) placed next to the electrical water heater. <br />Remove materials from area to a safe location. 2001 Uniform Fire Code, section 7902.1.1. <br />4. Self-closure at rear locker room exit door not function properly. Repair and/or replace. <br />2001 California Building Code, section 1005.3.3.5. <br />5. Possible overrating and/or overloading of electrical outlets (computers) at back computer <br />room Eliminate the abundance offlexible cords (extension cords).
