The Ironwood
Development is located between Busch Road and Mohr Avenue and between Kamp
Drive and the City's Operations Service Center. The Phase II portion of the Iron Horse
Trail improvements between Busch Road and Mohr Avenue are part of the required off-
site public improvements for this development, and they are now complete and ready
for formal acceptance by the City.
RECOMMENDATION
1. Accept for normal maintenance the Phase II portion of the Iron Horse Trail
improvements between Busch Road and Mohr Avenue.
2.
