Rev,, 5/07/8q , <br /> <br /> LEGAL DESCRZPTION <br /> PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT VACATION <br /> <br /> All that real property situate in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, <br /> State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />Being a portion of the 33-foot-wide publiC. service easement lying contiguous <br />to and northwesterly of the general southeasterly line of Lot 3, as said lot <br />and public service easement are shown on Parcel Map No. 4390, filed December <br />14, 1984 in Book 149 of Maps at page 59, Official Records of Alameda County, <br />more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> Parcel 1 <br /> <br />COMMENCING at the westerly end of the tangent curve at the northeasterly <br />corner of said Lot 3, said point also being on the general northerly line of <br />Andrews Drive; thence westerly along the general-northerly line of Andrews <br />Drive, S 88° 58' 00" W 18.50 feet to the westerly line of Parcel 2, a common <br />area easement as described in Exhibit "C" in the instrument recorded <br />January 28, 1986 under Recorder's Series No. 86-21167, Official Records of <br />Alameda County; thence leaving the general northerly line of said Andrews <br />Drive and along the westerly line of said common area easement, N 1° 02' 00" W <br />15.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving the westerly line of <br />said common area easement, S 88° 58' 00" W 59.12 feet to the beginning of a <br />curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 584.50 feet; thence westerly <br />and southwesterly 511.86 feet along said curve through. a central angle of <br />50° 10' 30"; thence S 38° 47' 30" W 956.88 feet to the beginning of a curve <br />concave to the northwest having a radius of 515.50 feet; thence westerly <br />113.52 feet along said curve through a central angle of 12° 37' 03" to the <br />easterly line of Parcel 2, a common area easement as described in Exhibit "A" <br />in the instrument recorded January 28, 1986, under Recorder's Series <br />No. 86-21167; thence northwesterly 11.44 feet along said curve through a <br />central angle of 14° 33' 51" to the general northwesterly line of said <br />33-foot-wide public service easement, said point being on a curve concave to <br />the northwest having a radius of 497.50 feet and to which point a radial line <br />bears S 38° 25' 27" E; thence leaving the easterly line of said common area <br />easement and along the general northwesterly line of said public service <br />easement, 111.00 feet along said curve through a central angle of 12° 47' 03"; <br />thence N 38° 47' 30" E 956.88 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to <br />the southeast having a radius of 602.50 feet; thence northeasterly and <br />easterly 527.62 feet along said curve through a central angle of 50° 10' 30"; <br />thence N 88° 58' 00" E 61.04 feet to the westerly line of said common area <br />easement, Parcel 2 Exhibit "C" (86-21167), said point being on a curve concave <br />to the southeast having a radius of 45.00 feet and to which point a radial <br />line bears N 74° 14' 31" W; thence southerly 13.19 feet along. said .cu[ye <br />through a central angle of 16° 47' 29"; thence S 1° 02' O0"'E 5.00 feet to the. <br />true point of beginning. <br /> <br />Containing 0.681 acres, more or less. <br /> <br /> <br />
