COPIES REFERENCE <br /> <br /> City GM 4501003 <br /> Region <br /> District <br /> Customer Accounting <br /> Construction Accounting <br /> Commercial Department <br /> Bonding Attorney <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT FOR RELOCATION OF UNDERGROUND <br /> ELECTRIC FACILITIES IN AN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made by the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a California <br />municipal corporation (City) and PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California <br /> <br />corporation (PGandE). <br /> <br /> RECITALS: <br /> <br /> A. City, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act <br />of 1913, adopted Resolution of Intention No. 82-175 on May 25, 1982, as amended, <br />which provides for the formation of a special assessment district designated <br />North Pleasanton Improvement District 1982-4 (District), to accomplish, among <br />other things, the relocation of existing underground electric distribution <br />facilities and the installation of two street light luminaires. <br /> <br /> B. The underground electric facilities requiring relocation (Electric <br />Facilities) within the District are located in the vicinity of Stoneridge Drive <br />and Stoneridge Mall Drive, all of which Electric Facilities are shown on the <br />sketch marked Exhibit "A" attached and made a part hereof. Two (2) 70 watt high <br />pressure sodium vapor street light luminaires (Street Lighting Facilities) to be <br />installed by PGandE are located on West Las Positas Boulevard west of <br />Hopyard Road in the District. <br /> <br /> C. The Electric and Street Lighting Facilities to be installed are to <br />be constructed by PGandE. <br /> <br /> 1: <br /> <br /> <br />
