That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the Municipal <br />Code. <br />As conditioned, the proposed temporary trailer will <br />comply with all provisions and requirements of the <br />Zoning Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 <br />Approves UP-87-23, application of St. Augustine's <br />Catholic Church for a conditional use permit to install <br />an approximately 1,450 sq. ft. temporary trailer <br />facility for office/meeting room use at an existing <br />church complex located at 900 East Angela Street subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the proposed temporary trailer be <br />substantially as shown on the submitted plans, <br />Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That the approval of the subject conditional use <br />permit shall be subject to the concurrent approval <br />of the required design review board application <br />(Case No. Z-87-288). <br />3. That the duration of the trailer be limited to the <br />proposed 36 months, or until the first building on <br />the new Church site (Stoneridge at Rheem) is <br />completed, whichever comes first. <br />4. That the applicant apply for and receive all <br />applicable City permits for the temporary trailer <br />prior to installation. <br />Section 2.
