Planning Commission <br />Resolution No. PC-87-82a <br />July 22, 1987 <br />9. That a guest parking plan for the private driveway be <br />submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval <br />prior to the issuance of a building permit and that use of <br />these spaces be limited to the interior five property owners. <br />10. That the developer shall revise "Cherry Blossom Lane" to be a <br />private drive. A driveway approach shall be installed at <br />Valley Trails Drive. A public service easement over the <br />entire street and to eight feet behind the street curb line <br />shall be granted to the City. The storm drain system, the <br />sanitary sewer main, and the water main within the private <br />street area shall be public systems and shall be maintained <br />by the City. <br />11. That the developer shall reconstruct the existing sidewalks <br />and any existing utilities which may require relocation to <br />the satisfactions of the City Engineer. The developer shall <br />also landscape and maintain the landscaping along the <br />frontage of the development and the area between the proposed <br />west property line and Lot 70 of Tract 3083. <br />12. That this development is recommended for approval subject to <br />all of the "Standard Conditions of Development" except for <br />Conditions No. 14, 23, and 25. <br />- 4 - <br />
