Planning Commission <br />Resolution No. PC-87-82a <br />July 22, 1987 <br />6. Conformity to the PUD Purposes -- The project <br />conforms to the PUD purposes in that it develops a <br />small, irregularly-shaped area in such a way as to <br />create usable lots. The PUD process in this <br />instance eliminai,es the necessity to meet standard <br />RM-1,500 setback requirements while permitting <br />single-family units similar to those existing in <br />the neighborhood under a High Density Residential <br />land use designation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-87-18, application of <br />Gooch/New Life Fellowship Church for Planned Unit <br />Development rezoning and development plan approval for a <br />ten-unit single-family residential development to be <br />located on an approximately 1 acre site located on the <br />south side of Valley Trails Drive opposite its southerly <br />intersection with National Park Road subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 22ND DAY OF JULY 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Mahern, Michelotti, Tarver, and <br />Chairperson Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Berger <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: July 22, 1987 <br />ATTEST: <br />Brian W.
