customers. Any delay in performance of work hereunder resulting <br />from such allocation shall be deemed to be a cause beyond <br />Pacific's control. <br /> <br /> 5. City shall guarantee Pacific that the installation <br />of Pacific's underground facilities shall not be rearranged or <br />relocated, as shown on the attached "Exhibit A" for a period of <br />ten years. If, due to circumstances beyond City's control, City <br />requests that Pacific must rearrange or relocate said Facilities, <br />City shall reimburse Pacific for the actual costs incurred in <br />making such rearrangements or relocations. <br /> <br /> 6.
