Nesolution No. PC-87-104 <br />10/14/87 <br />30. That no church activity shall take place at the chapel site <br />prior to 8:OOam. Church related activities shall be limited <br />to Sunday services between the hours of 8:OOam and 6:OOpm; <br />weeknight evening meetings after 7:OOpm; daytime <br />administrative activities and social gatherings of less than <br />20 people on weekdays and Saturdays; quarterly community <br />events (such as plays, seasonal productions and musical <br />performances); and typical church activities (such as wedding <br />receptions, youth group activities and banquets) sponsored by <br />the church for its members. Church facilities shall not be <br />leased for non-church related activities. <br />31. That there shall be a minimum of one-half hour between the <br />end of one Sunday service and the beginning of another. <br />32. That there shall be no simultaneous use of the <br />chapel/cultural center and the perimeter meeting rooms of the <br />chapel building which would result in an occupancy greater <br />than can be supported by 125 on-site parking spaces. <br />33. That the church shall maintain City established noise levels <br />acceptable in a residential neighborhood; should noise levels <br />in the parking lot become a nuisance either from use by <br />church members or trespassers, the church shall be required <br />to mitigate the nuisance and secure the parking lot from <br />outside use if necessary. <br />34. That this development is recommended for approval subject to <br />all of the Standard Conditions of Development except for <br />Conditions No. 12 and 14. <br />- 6 - <br />
