4. The owner of the Pleasanton Station/Railroad Square property shall record an easement <br />in favor of Pleasanton Garbage Service (PGS) granting PGS the right to enter the <br />Pleasanton Station/Railroad Square parking lot with a refuse truck for the purpose of <br />emptying the trash dumpster on 122 W. Neal Street. The easement shall further give <br />PGS the right to roll the dumpster from 122 W. Neal Street to and from the Pleasanton <br />Station/Railroad Square parking lot in order to empty the dumpster. The easement shall <br />be subject to the review and approval of the City Attorney and shall be submitted to the <br />City Attorney within 30 days of approval of PUD-81-28-5M. <br />5. The owner of the Pleasanton Station/Railroad Square property shall record a sanitary <br />sewer easement in favor of the Hap's property allowing Hap's to connect its trash <br />enclosure to the sewer line on the Pleasanton Station/Railroad Square property. The <br />City will pay $2,450 to the owners of Pleasanton Station/Railroad Square for the cost of <br />the extension of the sewer line to the Hap's property. Said payment will be made upon <br />completion of the Hap's trash enclosure and connection to the sanitary sewer line. <br />{end} <br />2 <br />
