NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-87-48, application of Ronald and <br />Nannette Larsen for a conditional use permit to operate <br />a take-out food establishment to be located at 1807-C <br />Santa Rita Road subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the business shall be operated in substantial <br />conformance with the application description on <br />file with the Planning Department, dated October <br />30, 1987. <br />2. That the use shall be limited to a maximum of three <br />deliveries daily at any time during business hours. <br />3. That all requirements of the City's Building <br />Department shall be complied with prior to <br />occupancy of the tenant space. <br />4. That the applicant be aware that a comprehensive <br />sign program exists for Valley Plaza, and that any <br />signs proposed in conjunction with the new business <br />must conform to that program subject to approval by <br />the Planning Department. <br />Section 2.
