PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-129 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5811, APPLICATION OF MATTESON <br />INVESTMENT CORPORATION <br />WHEREAS, Matteson Investment Corporation has applied to subdivide <br />an approximately 23.65 acre parcel into 244 residential <br />condominiums located on the north side of Old Dublin <br />Canyon Road, approximately 4,800 feet west of the <br />intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dublin Canyon <br />Road; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of May 5, 1987, the City Council <br />adopted ordinance No. 1308, approving a 264 residential <br />condominium complex on an approximately 23.65 acre site <br />located north of old Dublin Canyon Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the project has been granted growth management approval <br />for construction in accordance with the following <br />schedule: 100 units in 1988 and 164 units in 1989; and <br />WHEREAS, since City Council approval, the applicant has submitted <br />a request for a minor modification to the approved PUD <br />to reduce the number of units from 264 to 244; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - High Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 9, <br />1987, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was prepared for the PUD rezoning <br />and development plan approval for the subject property; <br />and subdivision was included within the scope of that <br />Negative Declaration; and <br />WHEREAS, proposed modified Tract 5811 conforms to the PUD zoning <br />for the site and General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Tract 5811, as revised, the application of <br />Matteson Investment Corporation to subdivide an <br />approximately 23.65 acre parcel into 244 residential <br />condominiums located on the north side of Old Dublin <br />Canyon Road, approximately 4,800 feet west of the <br />- 1 - <br />
