RESOLUTION N0. PC-87-05 <br />Planning Commission <br />January 14, 1987 <br />1. That approval of this use permit is contingent upon <br />approval of Case PUD-80-2-4D. <br />2. That the applicant conform to all conditions of <br />approval for Case PUD-80-2-4D. <br />3. That the hours of operation be limited to Monday <br />through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. <br />4. That the maximum number of occupants be limited to <br />165. <br />5. That the applicant secure all pertinent State and <br />County licenses relating to the operation of a day <br />care facility prior to the start of business. The <br />applicant shall be in compliance with State and <br />County laws at all times. <br />6. That the operating of the day care facility shall <br />not create any offensive noise, traffic, or <br />interfere with the use or enjoyment of the <br />adjoining properties. <br />Section 2.
