We were <br />shocked to learn that one of our tenants was initially rejected <br />for a business license because he was to use a portion of his <br />space for warehousing. We're relieved to learn that you have <br />asked Larry Lew to approve the business license application of <br />San Ramon Valley Airporter Express, Inc. <br />The whole issue of allowing warehouse uses in Valley Business <br />Park is being studied by your department is my understanding <br />of our conversation. Please review the survey list I left with <br />you, at your request,., which outlines businesses storing material <br />and equipment. It: is a safe bet that nearly all businesses <br />located in the park, to some extent, store or warehouse items of <br />material or equipment used in their operation. Therefore, will <br />it be necessary for conditional use permits to be requested <br />by all current business? Let's hope not.
