That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the Municipal Code. The proposed warehousing will comply with all applicable sections of Chapter 18.124 of the Pleasanton Zoninq Code regarding Conditional Uses. WHEREAS, This project is categorically exempt from the requirements of CEQA. Therefore, no environmental document accompanied this application. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. This application is approved subject to the following conditions: 1. That this blanket use permit is granted to allow warehousing of materials and equipment only to those businesses within the existing and future buildings of Valley Business Park which meet the following criteria (in addition to existing requirements): a. Deliveries by trucks of three axles or larger shall be limited to Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm. b. There shall be no more than six in-and-out deliveries per day by trucks of three axles or larger. c. The total area of premises leased by the business which is devoted to indoor and outdoor warehousing must not exceed 25,000 sq. ft. d. The hours of operation of the warehouse activity must be confined to the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, regardless of location within the park. e. The warehousing must not involve significant outdoor activity. 2. That all tenants engaging in warehousing shall comply with each of the applicable requirements of the Fire and Building Codes. 3. That all tenants in the business park apply for and be issued the appropriate City permits for their businesses prior to commencement. - 2 -
