Resolution No. PC-87-15 <br />February 25, 1987 <br />the requirements of the City Building, Engineering <br />and Fire Departments. Warehouse uses meeting the <br />proposed criteria would not have any adverse mutual <br />effects on adjacent residential uses. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the Municipal <br />Code. <br />The proposed warehousing will comply with all applicable <br />sections of Chapter 18.124 of the Pleasanton Zoninq Code <br />regarding Conditional Uses. <br />WHEREAS, This project is categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of CEQA. Therefore, no environmental <br />document accompanied this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. This application is approved subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That this blanket use permit is granted to allow <br />warehousing of materials and equipment only to <br />those businesses within the existing and future <br />buildings of Valley Business Park which meet the <br />following criteria (in addition to existing <br />requirements): <br />a. Deliveries by trucks of three axles or larger <br />shall be limited to Monday through Friday <br />between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm. <br />b. There shall be no more than six in-and-out <br />deliveries per day by trucks of three axles or <br />larger. <br />c. The total area of premises leased by the <br />business which is devoted to indoor and <br />outdoor warehousing must not exceed 25,000 sq. <br />ft. <br />d. The hours of operation of the warehouse <br />activity must be confined to the hours of 7:00 <br />a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, <br />regardless of location within the park. <br />e. The warehousing must not involve significant <br />outdoor activity. <br />2. That all tenants engaging in warehousing shall <br />comply with each of the applicable requirements of <br />the Fire and Building Codes. <br />3. That all tenants in the business park apply for and <br />be issued the appropriate City permits for their <br />businesses prior to commencement. <br />- 2 - <br />
