Resolution No. PC-87-25
March 11, 1986
44. The proposed "Private Roads" leading from the ends of the
public street cul-de-sac(s) shall terminate in a paved
turnaround acceptable to the Fire Chief and the City
Engineer.
45. Landscape plans shall be prepared for each final map unit
and shall include a design prepared by an erosion control
specialist with specific recommendations for erosion control
measures for all slope banks and graded drainage channels.
46. The developer shall widen the proposed "A" Street at its
intersection with Bernal Avenue in order to provide both a
right and a left turn lane on to Bernal Avenue. The revised
street cross section shall be designed to the satisfaction
of the City Engineer.
47. The developer shall reimburse the City of Pleasanton for
that portion of the cost of the "Kottinger Ranch Retention
Basin" installed by the City which would have been incurred
by the developer had the developer constructed the retention
basin as part of his project. The amount of the
reimbursement shall be determined by the City Engineer.
(REVISED 3/9/87)
