Resolution No. PC-87-27 <br />March 11, 1987 <br />indicated on the site development plan necessary to <br />construct the improvements are to be in accordance with <br />the most recent City of Pleasanton Private Development <br />Design Guidelines and Standard Details. <br />That the development shall be subject to all conditions <br />of approval of Ordinance No. 1109 reapproving the <br />Hacienda Business Park. <br />That the final design of the entrance monument signs be <br />submitted for review and approval by the Planning <br />Director prior to installation. <br />That the proposed mitigation measures, as identified in <br />the previous traffic studies completed for the A T & T <br />and Reynolds and Brown projects, for Hopyard Road/Owens <br />Drive/EB I-580 off ramp be interim and done at the time <br />it is deemed necessary for the City Engineer; these <br />improvements shall be bonded for by the applicant for <br />both the installation and removal at the time building <br />permits are taken out for the project unless the <br />improvements have been previously bonded for. Said bond <br />shall be refunded at the time A T & T (the first project <br />to require these mitigation measures) bonds for these <br />improvements. If said improvements are required to be <br />constructed, then the City shall spread, if feasible, <br />the cost in proportion to the pro rata square footage <br />share of all buildings whose approval was made possible <br />by these mitigation measures. <br />That this development shall be subject to all Standard <br />Conditions of Development, attached hereto and made part <br />of this case by reference, except conditions 9, 12, 13, <br />14, 29, 33, 46, 49 and 54. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE 11TH DAY OF <br />MARCH, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: March 11, 1987 <br />ATTEST <br />
