PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-27 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PUD-81-30-38D, <br />APPLICATION OF THE COURTNEY GROUP, INC. <br />WHEREAS, the Courtney group has applied for design review <br />approval to construct a two-story approximately 40,000 <br />sq. ft. office building and related signage, to be <br />located on an approximately 2.3 acre site, located at <br />the southwest corner of the intersection of Owens Drive <br />and Chabot Drive. <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 11, 1987 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />rezoning of the Hacienda Business Park. A project of <br />this type was included within the scope of that EIR. <br />Therefore, no further environmental documents <br />accompanied this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of PUD-81-30-38D, application for <br />design review approval to construct a two-story <br />approximately 40,000 sq. ft. office building and related <br />signage, to be located on an approximately 2.3 acre <br />site, located at the southwest corner of the <br />intersection of Owens Drive and Chabot Drive. Zoning <br />for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial/Commercial and Offices District <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the plans, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />That the developer submit a building permit survey and a <br />site development plan in accordance with the Survey <br />Ordinance, and that these plans be approved by the City <br />Engineer prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />That the site development plan include all required <br />information to design and construct site, grading, <br />paving, drainage and utilities.
