That the applicant shall submit all the necessary <br />plans, as required by the City Engineer and <br />Building Department, and receive permits for the <br />additional parking area. <br />6. Approval of this tentative map shall become <br />effective concurrently with the approval of the PUD <br />modification pending for this project <br />(PUD-85-20-1M). <br />Section 2.
